We process orders within 5 business days under normal conditions. During peak times, processing might take longer. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. All packages are insured and can be tracked.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return items for store credit within 30 days of receiving them. The items must be in new, unworn condition with the hang tag still attached and in their original packaging.
Note that these policies do not apply to made-to-order items or those marked as Final Sale.
