Yes, our leather is 100% genuine, sourced from the finest quality hides to ensure durability and luxury.

To maintain the quality of your leather products:

  • Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent fading or drying out.
  • Use a leather conditioner periodically to keep the leather soft and supple.
  • Store them in a cool, dry place when not in use, preferably in a garment cover.
  • Leather Products: Avoid contact with water and other liquids. If your leather item gets wet, blot the excess water with a soft, dry cloth and let it air dry naturally.
  • Jewelry: To keep your jewelry in pristine condition, store it in a dry, cool place (preferably in our leather pouch), avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, especially chlorine, and clean it gently with a soft cloth.
  • Clothing: Follow the care instructions on the label. When in doubt, dry cleaning is recommended for delicate or vintage fabrics.

We use 925 sterling silver for our jewelry, ensuring high quality and lasting shine. If you have a metal allergy, we recommend that you verify your sensitivity to sterling silver before making a purchase. Once the purchase is made, it is considered that you have accepted the product as-is, and any allergic reactions will be at the customer's own risk.

You can get a free polish for your Reude jewelry at our booth during any of our offline events by showing your REUDE membership card. Keep an eye on our event schedule to find out when and where this service is available.

Order Status

To check the status of your order, please log into your account [here]. If you haven't registered for an account, you can do so [here] using the email address associated with your most recent order.

If your order is still processing, you can cancel it online before it ships. To ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner, the window to cancel is approximately one hour.

You can, however, change the item before it ships. If the new item costs less, the difference will be credited to your store account. If it costs more, you'll need to pay the difference via bank transfer. If your order is still processing, you can change the shipping destination before it ships. Once the order has shipped, no further modifications can be made.

If you cannot locate your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still cannot find the email, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can find the tracking number and monitor the progress within the order details in your account or on the carrier’s website.
  • Our standard order processing time is up to 5 business days. During peak periods, please allow additional processing time. Delays may result from payment authorizations, product availability, and many more, which could extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

All domestic orders will be delivered via Shipper within 3 - 5 business days.

International orders will be delivered via Pos Indonesia within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the shipment method you choose.

The customer is solely responsible for any import duties and taxes associated with the purchase. REUDE does not make any representations or warranties regarding whether the item is subject to import or export restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain any necessary import, export, or other licenses required by law, if applicable.

Returns / Exchange

REUDE aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit. Please note that we will only accept claims or complaints if accompanied by an unboxing video.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached, and in the original packaging.

Please note:

  • Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Local customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
  • International customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs, and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipment.
  • Store credit will be issued for the retail price of the item(s) purchased.
  • We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be sent back to you.
  • Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

If you receive the wrong order, please contact our customer service immediately with an unboxing video as proof. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately and provide an unboxing video as proof of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the damaged item or offering a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
